Active Career is a registered trade name of Maahiya Pvt Ltd, Malé, Maldives ("we", "us"). This notice explains what we do with the details you give us on activecareer.mv.

What we collect

• When you sign up for early access: your name, email address, phone number, whether you are looking for work or hiring, and your company name if you are hiring.
• When you contact us by WhatsApp, email or phone: whatever you choose to tell us.

How we use it

• To let you know when we launch and to send you occasional updates about Active Career.
• If you are hiring, to contact you about your staffing needs.
• If you are looking for work, to tell you about suitable openings.

We do not sell or rent your details, and we do not use them for anything unrelated to Active Career.

Who else handles it

We use a small number of trusted providers to run this website: Cloudflare (hosting, storage and the spam check on our form) and Resend (sending our emails). They process your details only on our behalf. Your details may be stored on their servers outside the Maldives.

Cookies

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. The spam check on our form may store a small amount of technical information in your browser to confirm that you are a person, not a bot.

How long we keep it

We keep your sign-up details until our platform launches and for up to 12 months after, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the details we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Just email admin@maahiya.mv or reply to any email from us.

Changes

If we change this notice, we will update the date at the top of this page.
